​RTL Group & Maylim Charity Football Match Raises Funds for Dementia UK

RTL Group was proud to partner with Maylim once again for a charity football match in support of Dementia UK, bringing people together to raise awareness and vital funds for those affected by dementia.

The event took place at Millwall Football Club on 1st June 2023, with a strong turnout from supporters, colleagues, and industry professionals. The evening created a great atmosphere, with both teams receiving fantastic support from the crowd.

More than just a match, the event highlighted the importance of coming together as an industry to support meaningful causes. With over 850,000 people living with dementia across the UK, initiatives like this play an important role in helping provide specialist care and support to those who need it most.

Following the game, attendees enjoyed post-match entertainment including a live DJ, food, drinks, and a charity raffle, which featured a range of prizes generously donated by supporters. The additional fundraising activities helped maximise the overall contribution made on the night.

All proceeds raised from the event were donated directly to Dementia UK, ensuring that every contribution made a tangible difference.
