Our team is currently progressing works on The Gherkin, where we have been tasked with a full internal strip-out across multiple floors of a commercial building.
Scope of Works
The project comprises a total of six floors, with works progressing in line with programme and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout.

Full M&E strip-out
Glazing removal
Carpet and floor finish removal
Partition dismantling
Shower removal
T-point and services removal

Due to the location of The Gherkin, we’ve had to operate within strict loading and access restrictions. This required:
