Location: Surrey (office/site based with travel across Greater London)
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE) + company vehicle + benefits

We’re a well-established and growing roofing contractor based in South London, and we’re on the lookout for a skilled and driven Contracts Manager to lead and deliver roofing projects across residential, commercial, and public sector sites.

The Role:

As our Roofing Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll liaise with clients, manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinate materials and logistics, and ensure high-quality workmanship at all stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple roofing projects

• Conduct site visits, surveys, and pre-start meetings

• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

• Monitor project progress and report to senior management

• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders

• Resolve any issues or delays quickly and effectively

• Ensure projects meet company quality standards
