We are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver a range of commercial, residential, and industrial electrical projects. This is an opportunity for someone who can confidently manage contracts from pre-construction through to final handover while maintaining quality, programme, and budget performance.

About the Role

You will take ownership of multiple electrical projects simultaneously, coordinating teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical contracts across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors
• Oversee project planning, delivery schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and site teams
• Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to specification
• Monitor project progress, variations, and commercial performance
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Support estimating and procurement where required
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or senior electrical project management role
• Strong background across commercial, residential, and industrial electrical installations
• Excellent knowledge of electrical regulations and industry standards
• Ability to manage multiple live projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and contract administration
• Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds / HNC / equivalent preferred)
• Full driving licence
