​My client are a civil engineering specialist. They are looking to onboard a crane supervisor to help deliver an ongoing infrastructure scheme being delivered in Buckinghamshire. 

Crane Supervisor Responsibilities: 

• Ensure all lifting operations are properly planned, including risk assessments, method statements, and lift plans.

• Monitor and control crane operations to ensure safety and efficiency on-site.

• Ensure all lifting activities comply with relevant health, safety, and legal requirements.

• Verify crane condition, load weight, lifting accessories, and ground conditions before lifting begins.

• Communicate with crane operators, slingers/signallers, and other personnel involved in the lift to ensure coordination.

Crane Supervisor Requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• Blue CPCS - All duties// All types.

• Proven experience in a crane supervisors role.

• Full UK driving licence.
