Job Description

As a Delivery Consultant, your primary focus will be on fulfilling live vacancies across the civil and construction sector. Working alongside our Business Managers and Consultants, you’ll be responsible for candidate generation, relationship management, and end-to-end delivery.

 You’ll be engaging with professionals across roles such as site engineers, project managers, groundworkers, and supervisors helping them secure their next opportunity while ensuring our clients receive high-quality, well-matched candidates quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, database searches and referrals.

• Conduct candidate screening calls to assess suitability for roles.

• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure high engagement and loyalty.

• Manage job adverts, respond to applications, and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Support consultants with interview scheduling, candidate preparation, and compliance checks.

• Accurately manage candidate and job data via the systems.

• Provide regular updates to business managers and consultants on candidate progress and availability.

Key Requirements / Skills

• Previous experience in a recruitment delivery or resourcing role is advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with candidates at all levels.

• Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-through.

• Comfortable using recruitment platforms, databases, and digital tools.

• Team-focused, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
