​RTL are on the look out for a Demolition Site manager to work for our valued client in Cambridge.

Site Manager duties: 

• Reporting to and working with the Project Manager.

• Managing specialist Sub Contractors

• Assess the quality of work that the contractors are providing.

• Organising work schedules and maintaining worker timesheets

• Organising and managing labour on site

• Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained.

• Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades.

• Arranging inductions

• To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date.

 Requirements:  

• IT/Paperwork Literate 

• SMSTS/SSTS

• CCDO 

• Asbestos awareness

• Experience working for Demolition sub contractors 

• 5 + years management experience
