​We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee all electrical works on a residential scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical installations from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all electrical activities across the residential scheme

• Supervise electrical subcontractors and site teams

• Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards

• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements

• Coordinate with project managers, site managers, and other trades

• Monitor progress, quality, and costs, reporting regularly to senior management

• Carry out inspections, testing, and snagging of electrical installations

• Ensure timely completion and handover of works

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor on residential projects

• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and current regulations

• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

• SMSTS

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines
