​We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical systems on a high-profile new build data centre project. You will play a key role from initial mobilisation through to project handover, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery at every stage.

Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of electrical installation on the data centre project.

• Oversee procurement, planning, scheduling, and coordination of electrical works.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, design standards, and health & safety regulations.

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

• Manage and mentor site engineers and supervisors.

• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.

• Lead commissioning activities and ensure smooth handover.

Electrical Project Manager Requirements

• Proven experience managing electrical works on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects, preferably data centres.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LV, MV, UPS, generators, etc.).

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid (desirable).

• Willingness to travel or be site-based full-time.

This role is based in Sweden.
