​Electrical Project Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale commercial electrical project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a strong pipeline of high-quality commercial work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical works from pre-construction through to final handover

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour

• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors

• Prepare and manage project programmes, progress reports, and cost forecasts

• Oversee testing, commissioning, and certification

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects

• Strong electrical technical background (building services / commercial installations)

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively

• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and electrical standards

• SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications preferred
