About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead and oversee electrical installations across a range of high-quality residential developments in the Wembley area. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all electrical site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct quality inspections and testing of electrical installations.

• Liaise with project managers, clients, and design teams to resolve technical and logistical issues.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and certifications.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).

• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, ECS/CSCS card, and First Aid certification.

• Proven experience managing residential electrical projects from start to finish.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
