​Electrical Supervisor 

We are currently working on a commercial construction project (fit-out, shell & core, office block, retail centre, or mixed-use development) and are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Supervisor on a freelance basis.

This role involves overseeing all electrical works on site, ensuring installations are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all electrical trades on site, including electricians and subcontractors

• Read, interpret, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and designs

• Carry out regular site inspections and quality control checks

• Coordinate electrical activities with other trade supervisors, the Site Manager, and Project Manager

• Enforce health & safety standards, including RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work

• Review and manage testing, inspection, and commissioning documentation

• Monitor progress against programme, identify risks or delays, and escalate where required

• Assist with snagging, defect rectification, and handover documentation

• Complete daily and weekly reports and maintain accurate site records (timesheets, materials, etc.)

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Electrical Supervisor role

• Proven supervisory experience on commercial or industrial projects

• Valid ECS Gold Card (essential)

• SSSTS (essential)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Full UK Driving Licence
