​We are seeking an experienced Solar Electrical Supervisor to join our growing renewable energy team. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing solar PV installations across domestic and commercial properties, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead solar installation teams on residential and commercial sites

• Oversee electrical installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems

• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards

• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors

• Carry out site inspections and quality control checks

• Mentor and support electricians and installers on site

• Complete required documentation and reports

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• Proven experience supervising solar PV installations on domestic and commercial properties

• Strong electrical background with relevant qualifications and certifications

• Excellent knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and grid connections

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Full driving licence preferred
