​We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations on a commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on-site

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades

• Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently

• Train and mentor apprentices and electricians

• Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays

Electrical Supervisor Qualifications

• Gold ECS 

• SSSTS

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience

• Previous supervisory or foreman experience required

• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• OSHA certification preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
