We are currently seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations on a major commercial project. This position requires a strong focus on Quality Assurance, with the successful candidate expected to lead onsite electrical works while ensuring that all installations meet strict QA standards.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a structured, high-compliance environment and has a sharp eye for detail.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical works on-site

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with electrical codes, project specifications, and safety regulations

• Lead and implement A/QC procedures throughout the electrical installation process

• Conduct inspections and maintain detailed QA records and documentation

• Identify and resolve issues quickly while maintaining high-quality standards

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met

• Review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrical supervisor, preferably on commercial construction projects

• QA/QC certifications or training

• Familiarity with QA tracking software or digital inspection tools

• Proven experience implementing and managing QA/QC processes

• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety procedures

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and technical documents

• Solid organizational skills with a focus on record-keeping and compliance
