​We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee all electrical work on a large-scale commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical systems, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage a team of electricians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of electrical installations on-site.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades.

• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Order materials, manage schedules, and track progress.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation and reports.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• Gold ECS card

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial electrical construction.

• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
