​The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising all electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules. You will play a critical role in coordinating subcontractors, inspecting electrical installations, and supporting the commissioning process.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities on the solar project site

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, project drawings, and health and safety regulations

• Oversee subcontractors and electrical crews to maintain quality and productivity

• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager

• Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar electrical systems (including inverters, transformers, and cabling)

• Review and interpret technical drawings and plans

• Maintain accurate daily records and site documentation

• Participate in regular site meetings and safety briefings

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• Gold ECS card

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects

• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, cabling, and grounding

• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on site

• Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety regulations

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to site location
