We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Electrical Working Supervisor to lead and support our team on a high-profile commercial construction project. This role is ideal for a licensed electrician with proven leadership skills who is ready to take charge of on-site electrical work while overseeing team performance, safety, and productivity.

Electrical Working Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on-site

• Work hands-on to install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems

• Interpret electrical plans, specifications, and drawings

• Ensure all work meets code requirements, safety regulations, and project deadlines

• Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and inspectors

• Order materials and manage inventory on site

• Conduct quality control checks and report progress to project managers

Electrical Working Supervisor Requirements:

• Gold ECS card

• SSSTS

• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage schedules and direct a team under tight deadlines

• Proficient in reading blueprints and coordinating with other trades

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
