Electrician 

We specialise in high-quality installations and pride ourselves on delivering safe and effective solutions for our clients. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Electrician to join our team for ongoing projects.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a fully qualified Commercial Electrician with experience in second fix electrical installations and lighting to work on various commercial projects. The successful candidate will be a Gold Card holder and will have experience working in commercial environments, completing tasks unsupervised, and adhering to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Second Fix Installation: Wiring and installing electrical outlets, light switches, and other fixtures.

  • Lighting: Install and wire commercial lighting systems, including LED and energy-efficient solutions.

  • Conduct electrical testing and ensure all installations meet current regulations and standards.

  • Work independently or as part of a team, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.

  • Adhere to health and safety procedures and industry standards.

  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Gold Card (JIB Approved Electrician).

  • Extensive experience in commercial electrical installations, particularly second fix and lighting.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical regulations (18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations).

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Previous experience working with 3-phase electrical systems (desirable).

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • Experience with smart lighting and control systems (e.g., KNX, DALI).

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • IPAF or PASMA certification (desirable but not essential).
