Fit Out Site Manager – Glasgow
Are you an experienced Fit Out Site Manager with a strong track record delivering high-quality residential and hotel projects? Our client, a leading main contractor with an expanding portfolio across Scotland, is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee exciting fit-out schemes in central Glasgow.
The Role
As a Fit Out Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to bring modern, high-spec interiors to life across a mix of residential apartments and hotel developments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all on-site fit-out activities
Manage subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship
Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations
Monitor programme progress and report regularly to senior management
Ensure materials, logistics, and labour are managed efficiently
Conduct quality checks and snagging to deliver a first-class finish
About You
Proven experience managing fit-out projects (residential, hotel, or commercial)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent eye for detail and quality standards
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
A proactive and solution-focused approach to site management
