​My client are a national construction and civil engineering business. They are looking to onboard a foreman to help deliver a critical infrastructure scheme in Yorkshire. My client operate heavily across the transport & infrastructure, aviation and build sectors.

Foreman responsibilities; 

• Monitoring site progress.

• Working closely alongside and reporting to the project manager.

• Ensuring risk assessments and method statements are in place.

• Attending site meetings. 

• Interpret drawings and specification and communicate directions to site personnel, Subcontractors and suppliers.

• Assist with ensuring all necessary approvals are in place to allow project to progress without risk.

• Managing health and safety compliance. 

Foreman requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• TWS.

• IT literate. 

• Full UK driving licence.
