​My client are a UK wide civil engineering business. They are looking to onboard a foreman to help deliver a new project in Chester. The scope of works you will be responsible for overseeing will include earthworks, enabling works and general civils. 

Foreman responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager. 

• Tool box talks. 

• Putting labour to work,

• Plant and machinery inspections. 

• Record keeping. 

• Checking works are being completed in accordance to RAMS and specification. 

• Managing health and safety compliance. 

• Liaising with the client.

Foreman requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

• CSCS card.

• SSSTS/ SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• HSG47 - desirable. 

• Proven experience in a foreman role. 

• Experience with earthworks and civils.

• Full UK driving licence.
