Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundwork Gang to join a project in Trowbridge. The role will involve both front-end and back-end groundwork duties, so candidates must be competent across all aspects of groundwork operations.

Groundwork Gangs Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all aspects of front-end and back-end groundworks

• Drainage, foundations, kerbing, and paving

• Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently

• Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines

• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site

Groundwork Gangs Requirements:

• Proven experience in both front-end and back-end groundworks

• Valid CSCS card (essential)

• CPCS/NPORS (preferred, depending on role)

• Own tools and PPE

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a gang
