Location: Bradford
Start Date:Immediate / Upcoming Project

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager – Groundworks & Civils to lead a major upcoming project based in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially aware professional to take ownership of a high-profile scheme from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of groundworks and civil engineering operations on site

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively

  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships

  • Monitor progress and provide regular reporting on project performance

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks and civil engineering

  • Strong technical knowledge of groundwork packages (drainage, foundations, roads, infrastructure)

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure

  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications preferred

  • Full UK driving licence
