Health & Safety Manager – Civils
Location: Liverpool

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to work on a site-based civils package in Liverpool, with an immediate start available and ongoing work for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all health & safety aspects on site, ensuring full compliance with current legislation and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out site inductions for all personnel

• Ensuring RAMS are compliant and implemented correctly

• Managing and coordinating health & safety audits and inspections

• Identifying, reporting and rectifying health & safety issues on site

• Providing support and guidance to site management and workforce

• Maintaining accurate health & safety records and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within civils or construction

• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and site compliance

• Relevant H&S qualifications (NEBOSH / IOSH preferred)

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work proactively and independently on site
