​As an integral part of our service and maintenance team, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive servicing, and compliance checks across a variety of systems. You will work on a wide portfolio of commercial and residential projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical or electrical systems.

• Fault-finding, repair, and servicing of plant equipment, including:

• For Mechanical Engineers: HIUs, pumps, PU units, and related systems.

• For Electrical Engineers: lighting, distribution boards, control panels, and safety systems.

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations.

• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.

• Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in every 4) to provide emergency support.

Essential Requirements

• Fully qualified with a recognised trade apprenticeship (electrical or mechanical).

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience.

• Experience in commercial and residential maintenance.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and to a high professional standard.

• Full UK driving licence.
