We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Foreman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in both commercial and residential mechanical services and be capable of leading site teams to deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams on commercial and residential projects.
• Plan daily site activities and allocate labour efficiently.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to project management.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Mentor apprentices and support the development of team members.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• CSCS / SSSTS
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman or Leading Hand.
• Strong commercial and residential mechanical installation experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical services, construction practices, and safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Current driver's licence.
