​Are you a driven Mechanical Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale Grade A office developments?
We are working with a leading M&E contractor, renowned for delivering landmark commercial projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and high demand, they are now seeking an accomplished individual to join their senior project delivery team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of mechanical delivery on large commercial (Grade A) office projects.

• Manage project scope from design coordination and procurement through to installation, commissioning, and client handover.

• Lead site-based mechanical teams and subcontractors.

• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and in line with company quality and safety standards.

• Attend and chair client and contractor meetings, providing regular updates and reporting.

• Work closely with the commercial and technical teams to manage variations and cost control.

🧩 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the building services/M&E sector.

• Strong background in delivering large-scale commercial office projects (Grade A standard preferred).

• Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, heating, and BMS integration.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services is advantageous.

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications desirable.
