We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical installation works on a commercial construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical trades and subcontractors on site
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification
• Monitor quality standards and compliance with project requirements
• Liaise with site management, engineers, and other trades
• Conduct site inspections and maintain health & safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience supervising mechanical works on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and mechanical building services
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Relevant trade qualifications and site safety certifications
