The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Groundworks and Reinforced Concrete Frame project in Bristol. You’ll take full ownership of the site from pre-construction to completion, ensuring safety, programme, quality, and budget targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all groundworks and RC frame activities

• Manage on-site teams including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain excellent communication and progress

• Monitor project performance, report progress, and resolve issues proactively

• Manage procurement schedules, logistics, and resource allocation

• Lead progress meetings and ensure accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Groundworks and RC Frame projects from start to finish
