​My client is a leading Civils Contractor working on a structures project in Leicester who are currently recruiting a Site Agent to complete an ongoing project. You will be required to manage all aspects of a structures package including bridges, RC works and all associated civils works.

Site Agent Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working with the Project Manager.

• Site set up and compliance with health and safety

• Creating ITP's

• Managing a team of engineers. 

• Toolbox talks.

• Client liaison.

• Daily & Weekly meetings.

Site Agent Requirements:

• CSCS card (Black CSCS desirable but not essential) 

• SMSTS or SSSTS – Essential. 

• TWC / TWS 

• Previous experience as an agent on heavy civils packages.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Time Served.
