​We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a major tunnel and shafts project in Worthing. This is a long-term opportunity on a complex civil engineering scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of site activities on tunnelling and shaft works

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget

• Managing subcontractors, labour and plant

• Coordinating with engineering and commercial teams

• Ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards and project specifications

• Producing RAMS, short-term programmes and progress reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects

• Strong background in tunnelling, shafts, deep excavations or heavy civils

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage works in a live construction environment

What’s on Offer:

• £380 – £480 per day (CIS / LTD) depending on experience

• 12-month contract with potential extension
