​We are looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent to work on a large-scale tunnelling and shafts project. This is a long-term contract role on a technically challenging civil engineering scheme.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations on tunnelling and shaft works

• Delivering works safely, on programme and within budget

• Supervising subcontractors, labour and plant

• Liaising with engineering, commercial and project teams

• Ensuring full compliance with HSEQ standards and project requirements

• Preparing RAMS, short-term programmes and progress updates

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects

• Strong background in tunnelling, shafts, deep excavations or heavy civils

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates (essential)

• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

What’s on Offer:

• £370 – £470 per day (CIS / LTD), depending on experience

• 12-month contract with the potential for extension
