​We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a wastewater treatment project in Manchester. This is a key site-based role, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard within a regulated water environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site activities on a live wastewater treatment site

• Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and direct labour

• Supporting the Project Manager with planning, programme, and reporting

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

• Managing RAMS, permits, and site documentation

• Coordinating works to meet programme and budget targets

• Liaising with the client, engineers, and stakeholders on site

• Managing quality, inspections, and site records

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects

• Experience on wastewater, sewage treatment, or utilities schemes essential

• Strong knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing

• SMSTS essential

• Valid CSCS card

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
