Role Overview:
As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering site-based engineering functions, ensuring works are carried out safely, accurately, and to programme. This role involves working on earthworks, drainage, foundations, and substructures, primarily across Nottinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee works relating to earthworks, drainage, foundations, and substructures.

  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate on-site operations.

  • Quantify and order materials accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure works are completed to the programme and to high-quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors.

  • Promote and enforce Health & Safety and environmental compliance on-site.

  • Contribute to continual improvement through knowledge sharing and best practices.

  • Support the maintenance of IMS, company policies, and procedures.

 About You:

  • Self-motivated and accountable, with a proactive approach to site management.

  • Confident working to deadlines and motivating team members to meet key targets.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Engineering & Management or related field.

  • 5+ years of site engineering experience.

  • Strong understanding of adoptable drainage and roads.

  • Residential and/or commercial project experience (preferred).

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Total Station.

  • Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and project planning tools.

  • Full UK driving licence.
