Our client, a highly respected and industry-leading groundwork contractor, is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee a new and exciting groundworks & construction project based in Falkirk. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Overseeing and coordinating all groundworks and civil engineering activities 

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries 

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing materials and overseeing site operations.

Requirements:

• CSCS 

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Highly experienced in groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors.

• 5+ years management experience
