​My client are a civil engineering and earthworks contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager due to an increase in their order book for the year. My client operate nationwide delivering bulk earthworks, stabilisation and remediation packages. The scope of works you will be overseeing will include bulk earthworks and civils. 

Site manager responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager. 

• Managing plant, labour and materials. 

• Site supervision. 

• Task briefings. 

• RAMS. 

• Record keeping. 

• Liaising with the client and key stakeholders. 

• Managing health and safety compliance. 

• Progress meetings. 

Site manager requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. 

• CSCS Card.

• SMSTS.

• First aid.

• Experience with bulk earthworks, stabilisation and remediation. 

• Full UK driving licence. 

• IT literate.
