​My client are a Lancashrie based construction and civil engieering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver numerous projects across the AMP 8 framework for a valued client. My client are delivering both non infrastructure and infrastructure works across the framework.

Site manager responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager.

• Daily briefings. 

• Managing plant, labour and materials. 

• Supervision of subcontractors. 

• Detailed record keeping.

• Writing and amending RAMS.

• Attending weekly meetings. 

• Managing health and safety.

• Quality assurance and quality control. 

Site manager requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 6.

• Black CSCS. 

• SMSTS.

• First aid. 

• TWS/TWC - desirable.

• Previous experience with either waste or clean water. 

• IT literate. 

• Full UK driving licence.
