​My client are a London based construction and civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver an ongoing groundwork and enabling works package. The scope of works will include enabling works, drainage, roads and kerbing.

Site manager responsibilities: 

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

• Daily briefings.

• Managing plant, labour and materials.

• Managing health and safety compliance.

• Record keeping.

• Liaising with the client.

• Writing/ amending RAMS.

Site manager requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent. 

• CSCS - Gold/ Black.

• SMSTS.

• First aid.

• TWC/ TWS - desirable. 

• IT literate.

• Previous experience with groundwork and enabling works.

• Full UK driving licence.
