My client is an industry leading construction contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager or Foreman to join the company and assist in managing a high end residential internals project with a minimum duration of 12 months, based in London.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries 

• Ammending and working to RAMS 

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing materials and overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Joinery background (beneficial)

• Highly experienced in high end/super prime residential internals projects.

• 10+ years management experience
