I am currently working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor who are looking to hire an experienced sub agent due to a number of new contracts being awarded.

Sub Agent Responsibilities: 

​

​

​

• Management of subcontractors 




• Ensure that inspection and test plans, risk assessments, and method statements for the control of the works are reviewed, approved, and adhered to.




• Management of health and safety.




• Managing the engineering team.




• Daily record keeping and briefings 




• Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification.




• Site supervisor requirements:

Site Agent Requirements:

​

​

​

​

• Right to work in the UK.




• CSCS card - Gold/Black.




• SSSTS/SMSTS ticket holder.




• Full UK driving licence.




• Previous experience within the civil engineering sector ideally water based.




• Strong communication skills.
