​Groundworks Supervisor – Swindon – Long Term Project (12+ Months)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join a large-scale infrastructure project based in Swindon, working with a highly reputable civil engineering contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work (12 months+), with further projects already secured for the right candidate.

The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day groundworks operations on a major package, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising multiple gangs across site

• Overseeing drainage, foundations, kerbing, roads

• Driving programme and productivity on site

• Maintaining high health & safety standards

• Liaising with site management, engineers, and subcontractors

• Ensuring quality of work is consistently high

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor / Foreman

• Strong background in groundworks and civils packages

• Ability to manage multiple work fronts

• SSSTS or SMSTS

• CSCS Card (Gold or Black preferred)

• First Aid (desirable)
