Job Description

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment solutions across the civil engineering sector. Your role will encompass team management, business development, and the strategic expansion of our presence in renewable energy.

 You will drive revenue, build lasting client relationships, and play a pivotal role in setting and achieving performance targets. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a balance of operational oversight, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the recruitment life cycle in the construction sector.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of recruitment consultants within the renewables division.

  • Drive new business development with clients across renewable energy.

  • Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and hiring strategy.

  • Monitor team performance metrics, ensuring consistent delivery against revenue and growth targets.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business strategy and identify new market opportunities.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and talent movements.

Key Requirements / Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within civil engineering, construction, or renewable sectors.

  • A strong background in team management or senior billing consultant roles.

  • Exceptional business development skills with a demonstrable track record of growing key accounts.
