  • Analyse data including PR, yield, and system availability against benchmarks and historical trends.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Conduct site-specific risk assessments and prepare RAMS in accordance with Solar Energy UK guidance.

  • Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and recognised industry safety standards.

  • Promote a strong safety culture and halt work where conditions are unsafe.

Technical Documentation & Coordination

  • Support the O&M Manager as a technical liaison with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Document all works for warranty, compliance, and audit purposes.

  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, inverters, fault-finding, and electrical safety protocols.

  • Proficient with electrical testing equipment, diagnostic software, and monitoring platforms (SolarEdge, Hark).

  • Competent using MS Office and digital reporting tools (e.g., iAuditor).

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively with overnight stays.

  • Excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and strong technical reporting skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with HV systems or HV Authorised Person (HV AP) qualification.
