Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Hybrid – 2 days office-based (North of England) /3 days site-based
Sector: Commercial Fit Out

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver commercial fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion. The role involves managing electrical packages on fast-paced projects, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical installations on commercial fit out projects from design coordination to handover

• Oversee site activities, subcontractors and direct labour

• Plan and manage project programmes, budgets and procurement

• Coordinate with clients, consultants and main contractors

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations and industry standards

• Manage variations, valuations and cost control

• Attend site and progress meetings and provide regular reports

• Ensure works are completed to quality standards and on time

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial fit out

• Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations

• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

• Understanding of health & safety and CDM regulations

• Relevant electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)

• SMSTS or equivalent (preferred)
