​Electrical Site Manager 
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical works on a commercial new build project. This freelance role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, proven commercial project experience, and a commitment to delivering high quality installations safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site electrical activities, including supervising electricians and subcontractors

• Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with electrical drawings, specifications, and design documents

• Conduct regular site inspections and oversee quality control across all installation works

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other trade managers, the Project Manager, and Site Manager

• Ensure full adherence to health & safety regulations, including RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work

• Review and sign off electrical testing, inspection, and commissioning documentation

• Monitor progress, highlight risks or delays, and implement corrective actions where required

• Support snagging, defect resolution, and preparation of handover documentation

• Maintain accurate daily and weekly site records, including reports, timesheets, and materials monitoring

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Supervisor role

• Proven experience overseeing electrical works on commercial or industrial projects

• Valid ECS Gold Card

• SSSTS qualification

• Full UK driving licence
