​We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading team on a major rail infrastructure project. This role is ideal for someone with a strong electrical background in rail or civil construction projects, looking to take the next step in their career.

Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical works, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project standards

• Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors on installation and maintenance tasks

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations

• Interface with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• Gold ECS card

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• PTS ticket

• Electrical trade qualification and current electrical license

• Proven experience supervising electrical works on rail or infrastructure projects

• Sound knowledge of rail systems (signalling, traction power, etc. advantageous)

• Strong leadership and organisational skills
