​Electrical Supervisor 

About the role 

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a large residential apartments development. This is a freelance position overseeing all electrical installation works on site, ensuring that safety, quality and programme targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site electrical trades, including electricians and subcontractors

• Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and design documents, ensuring full compliance

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of electrical installations

• Coordinate daily with other trade supervisors, Site Manager and Project Manager

• Enforce all Health & Safety requirements, including ensuring RAMS are in place, correct PPE usage and safe systems of work

• Review test & inspection paperwork and commissioning documentation

• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays and report issues promptly

• Assist with snagging, defect resolution and handover documentation

• Maintain accurate daily/weekly reports, including labour records and materials usage

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor

• Proven supervisory experience on residential, commercial, or industrial projects

• Valid ECS Gold Card

• SSSTS qualification

• Full UK Driving Licence
