​Electrical Supervisor 

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a commercial office fit-out project. This is a freelance role ideal for someone who has strong site-based supervisory experience and can ensure all electrical works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all electrical operatives on site, including subcontractors

• Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, and design documents

• Carry out routine inspections and maintain quality control of all installations

• Coordinate daily with other trade supervisors, the Project Manager, and Site Manager

• Enforce health & safety requirements: RAMS, PPE compliance, and safe working practices

• Review test & inspection paperwork and commissioning documentation

• Monitor progress, identify potential delays or risks, and escalate where necessary

• Assist with snagging, defect resolution, and handover documentation

• Maintain accurate daily/weekly reports, timesheets, and material usage records

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor

• Proven supervisory background on commercial or industrial projects

• Valid ECS Gold Card

• SSSTS qualification

• Full UK Driving Licence
