​We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical installation and commissioning for a high-end residential construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential electrical systems, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team on-site

• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, regulations, and project specifications

• Read and interpret electrical plans and blueprints

• Oversee the installation of wiring, lighting, switchboards, and other systems

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks

• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers

• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OH&S guidelines

• Manage timelines, materials, and labor to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Gold ECS card

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in residential construction

• Strong understanding of residential wiring, systems, and building codes

• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work from technical drawings and plans
